Mickey Shaffer- Anthony founded New Homes Sales & Marketing LLC as a result of needs that exist for the new home industry. Through 22 years of experience in the New Homes industry and the passion for working with Builders has fueled a desire to fulfill a mission to offer Sales Management, Marketing, Training, Coaching, Consulting, Research, Temporary Staffing, Mystery Shopping and more.
Mickey had a 19 year career with a national home builder in Sales and as a Regional Marketing Manager. With that experience combined with the general brokerage knowledge and accomplishments we are confident that we can offer you services that will enhance your business as well as your sales.
We strongly feel there is not better time for this company. Builders are feeling the effects of the economic downturn and we believe we can save you money by eliminating some of the carrying costs you have as employer.
