Sales Programs
All members of our sales team are licensed professionals ready to sell new homes. Additionally, all of our agents are new-home trained and managed by New Homes Sales and Marketing.
The team continuously undergoes training to keep them up-to-date in a quickly changing sales environment. This includes classroom study, group interaction, and on-site training. Some of the subjects covered in these training sessions include client contact and follow-up, qualifying and demonstrating, sales and closing techniques, contracts and forms, financing, Realtor relations and transaction tracking through closing.
All of our sales personnel are educated about various types of financing programs and will be able to pre-qualify and work with your lenders or ours.
Finally, New Homes Sales and Marketing will provide Builders with regular reports and updates on matters such as:
· Weekly Sales
· Weekly Sales Summary
· Weekly Traffic
· Monthly Competition Report
